Cultural foundations for your workforce

Help employees turn foundational learning into respectful workplace decisions, with assessed completion and verifiable individual certificates.

Start with A01 Ally Cultural Foundations. Designed for learning that employees can apply across education, construction, government, aviation, automotive and other workplaces.

One shared foundation

Ally Cultural Foundations

6 modules · 18 lessons · Applied assessment

  • Recognise diversity and avoid inferring identity or authority
  • Understand historical context without treating experiences as uniform
  • Respond respectfully to cultural responsibilities and privacy
  • Distinguish acknowledgement, permission and Nation endorsement
  • Reduce cultural load and improve listening
  • Choose accountable actions and accurate claims

Completion is earned

Knowledge checks plus human-reviewed applied evidence; course completion requires the published assessment requirements, not attendance alone.

A person reviews written evidence and can request further evidence before completion. Use fictional or redacted workplace examples; learners do not need to disclose protected cultural material.

Training supports continuing workplace action. It does not certify that an employer is culturally safe or establish authority to speak for a Nation.

Review organisation plans

Review the checkout and order terms for GST treatment, access period, seat allocation and reuse, cancellation and any additional services before paying. Training fees purchase learning delivery and agreed services. They do not purchase verification, endorsement, standing, directory prominence or an Ally level.

From enrolment to completion

  1. An authorised organisation administrator selects the plan and reviews the order terms

  2. After confirmed payment, the administrator allocates available A01 seats and invites employees

  3. Each learner accepts the invitation with their own account and chooses permitted employer reporting

  4. Learners complete lessons and submit appropriate fictional or redacted assessment evidence

  5. An independent authorised assessor reviews evidence and requests reassessment where needed

  6. Successful learners receive a verifiable course completion record; the employer sees only reporting permitted by current consent and scope

No pilot is required before an organisation starts. Assessment scheduling and any special delivery arrangements must be agreed; no guaranteed assessment turnaround is implied.

Learning records belong to the learner

  • Learners retain their individual learning records when employment changes
  • Employer access is limited to the organisation, funded course and learner consent
  • Withdrawn consent must remove employer visibility without deleting the learner's history
  • Private reflections and cultural material are not an employer performance feed
  • Use fictional or redacted assessment examples; do not submit confidential cultural information

Questions from organisation buyers

Does completion make our organisation culturally safe?

No. It records specified individual learning outcomes. Workplace conduct, organisational accountability and Nation relationships require continuing action.

Can we advertise Nation endorsement?

Only if the relevant Nation separately grants it through its authorised process, within the granted scope.

Are manager and industry courses included?

A01 is the foundation offer. Additional pathways must be separately confirmed as released and included in your order; draft previews are not live courses.

Do we need to run a pilot before buying?

No. The purchase and commencement route does not require a pilot. Demonstrations and buyer review can support your purchasing decision.

Is this nationally recognised accredited training?

No such claim is made. This is FND course completion against its published learning and assessment requirements.

What accessibility and service guarantees apply?

Request the current accessibility statement and agreed service terms. No conformance certification, assessment turnaround guarantee, SSO, SCORM or LMS integration is implied without a written agreement.

Further pathways in development

Manager and executive learning, and a construction and infrastructure extension, have draft teaching and assessment material. They remain unreleased pending appropriate cultural, instructional and industry review. They are not purchasable courses or included benefits. A01 is the current foundation offer.
