FND Partner Intelligence gives councils, government and organisations a dedicated procurement workspace for their own geographic area, while keeping Nation authority, identity and cultural information separate from location data.
Country and agreement references
View relevant Nation reference records beside public NNTT registered agreement information. Geography supports discovery but never determines Country, authority or endorsement.

Capability search, service-area matching, saved procurement panels, shortlists and an organisation engagement trail create a path from discovery to measurable outcomes.
The signal
A signed verification signal confirms a listing's standing tier, consent state, and validity window. It is cryptographically signed by FNDOS and expires within 24 hours by design.
What you get
Certainty. The standing you see is the standing the platform holds at that moment, ordered by a process no listing can buy its way up.
What you never hold
The member's record. Identity data stays with FND and the member's Nation. You reference it when you need it, and you re-reference when you need it again.
Why this matters in procurement
A verification signal answers the question procurement actually asks: does this business hold verified Indigenous standing, and who says so? On FNDOS the answer is structural. Verified means the claim was checked. Nation Endorsed means the Nation itself has spoken. Sovereign Certified means the Nation governance pathway has certified it, with FND providing the evidence and assurance process behind that decision.
External markers can appear on a listing where a business holds them: Supply Nation certification, ORIC registration under the CATSI Act, or an IBA relationship. They are context, not standing. Standing on FNDOS is a separate thing, held between a person, their Nation, and FND's own process, and it is the thing the signal certifies.

Council & Enterprise is $899 AUD per month and can be started online without a sales meeting. It includes area search, public Country and ILUA references, business discovery, opportunities, Academy access, saved searches, supplier shortlists, spend tracking, evidence records, reporting and plan-limited API/data access. Payment never buys directory rank or Nation standing.
Sponsorship is a different thing
Verification partnership gives you certainty about standing. Sponsorship funds the platform's programs and earns recognition. The two never mix: sponsorship cannot buy a signal, a level, or a place in the directory. Support the platform's programs.
